Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping — 3–10 business days
  • Express Shipping — 1–5 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ledxtreme27@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
